This is a water-sealing bolt manufactured using a two-color molding process. The bolt head is integrally molded by fusing two types of resin. The resin in the sliding part slides smoothly against the bolt surface without resistance, so that when the bolt is tightened and rotated, the resin does not rotate together with the bolt. Instead, only the sealing portion located on the outer circumference of the seating surface is compressed, creating a tight seal and ensuring sealing performance.

Water sealing is achieved simply by tightening the bolt. Since it has a non-separate structure, assembly and tightening are easier. Maintains fastening performance equivalent to standard bolts.

Components such as roof rails and batteries where prevention of water penetration is critical.
